Income Requirement: Please note that the income requirement for standard approval is 3 times the monthly rent and will be screened through ScreeningWorks. The income requirement for Guarantors is 5 times the monthly rent and both Guarantors and applicants will be screened together via ScreeningWorks.
ID Verification: All applications require verification of a government-issued ID and will be screened through Checkpoint ID. Applicants that provide fraudulent documents relating to identity, credit, or income will be automatically denied and will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
